We also collect basic submission and campaign information, such as the time of the request, referral source, and UTM campaign values.

We use this information to review your request, contact you, prepare and manage an estimate, provide services, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and understand which marketing efforts bring people to the site.
Estimate-related replies are separate from marketing. We send marketing email only when the optional marketing box is selected. Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe.
Photos and sensitive details
Photos are optional. Please avoid uploading images that show documents, family photographs, addresses, financial information, or other sensitive details. Submitted photos are intended only to help Garage Revival understand the project and prepare the estimate.
Storage and access
Lead records are stored in a restricted business workspace. Uploaded photos are stored in a private folder associated with the lead and are not made public by default. Access is limited to Garage Revival and service providers that help operate the website, email, file storage, and lead-management systems.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We periodically review records that are no longer needed.
Your choices
You may leave the marketing checkbox unchecked and still request an estimate. You may also ask us to update or delete information we hold about you, subject to any records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.
